My journey

a journey into the heart

Bridging worlds, helping people return to themselves and their authenticity, and nature reintegration continue to motivate my thoughts and actions in the world.

Namaste!

Since childhood, I have lived in close relationship with the natural world. I feel landscapes, trees, and ecosystems deeply, and their state moves through my body, as if the thread between the Earth and my being had never been cut. The crises of our time are not abstractions to me; they are lived, sensed, and embodied.

Alongside this sensitivity, I have always had a strong capacity for analysis and clarity. From a young age, I observed the blind spots of education and entrepreneurship: difficulties in learning, thinking clearly, writing, and finding true direction. At eighteen, I began creating, teaching, and accompanying others – first students, then project holders and organisations.

Over time, I learned to identify what truly blocks movement beneath the surface. I saw that mental clarity alone is not enough without inner regulation, and that lasting transformation requires the body, rhythm, and lived truth to be included.

Spirituality has always been present in my life. It gradually took form through ecstatic dance, meditation, voice work, philosophy, and a deep relationship with the living world. Today, I teach within an online ashram while continuing studies in philosophy, Ayurveda, and permaculture, and collaborating on creative projects across the planet.

What moves me is simple:
to help people reconnect with clarity, inner calm, and a direction that is truly their own.
To create spaces where invisible blocks can be seen, integrated, and gently released.
To support a return to a more aligned, harmonious, joyful and life-affirming way of being.

I do not transmit fixed methods, but an embodied path, between mind and body, analysis and sensitivity, modern life and the wisdom of the living world.

The key tenets of my teachings are the following:

Nature-oriented

I believe that reintegrating with nature is one of the biggest tasks of our individual and collective evolution at this time. Whether this is spiritually-oriented or not, we must recognise our true place as part of and interdependent with nature.

Trauma-aware

Many, many people are now recognising and living through repressed trauma, either from their own experiences, or through generations of injustice. I understand that we don’t start from a blank state and that we have things to heal and integrate that can be very deep.

Culturally competent

Following the path of Siddha Maha yoga does not mean adopting the cultural customs of India in order to ‘fit in’. I present my yogic teachings in ways that recognise the difference between the essence of a teaching and its cultural context. Where possible I make translations and connections, weaving bridges between worlds.

Non-dual

My teachings are all based on the realisation of non-duality: that there is no separation, no “I”, and simply one big presence, one existence of divine awareness, manifesting itself in many ways. The end-point of the teachings is the integrated awareness of the self as pure awareness.

Experiential

We live in a time where the mind is overrepresented and the body and spirit are degraded and judged. My teachings are rooted in real-life experience, embodied and somatic, as true yogic teachings should be.

I choose a life rooted in presence, truth, and respect for the living world.

If you feel a quiet resonance while reading this, you are welcome to take the next step.
You can explore my current offerings, join a guided space, or simply begin a conversation.

There is no rush, only an invitation to walk with more clarity and honesty.

The nuances, the textures, and the flavours of earthly experiences fascinate me. What is felt, non-said, shared, and lived is the foundation of our experience.

Mine is an earthly spirituality.
